Fergus Padel

About

Fergus Padel was born in Bremen, Germany in 1973.

Besides a short venture into studying in Essen Folkwangen University for half a year and dropping there and then, she is self taught and learned from inspirng people and herself in many ways.

She has lived and worked in Hamburg 1993-1999, Berlin 2000-2007, London 1996-1999 and 2007-2011 and in New York 2007-2015.

In 2015 she moved back to Berlin and has her base there since.

In the late 90´s she had two exhibiitons at Christel Zeliskis "Fine Art Gallery" in Hamburg together with Jo Janjowski.

2012 Group Exhibition at Photography Gallery London ( and in London City ) Theworldinlondon during the Olympic Games 2012

Her love lies in her portraits of people and nature and time.

And I very much wish to thank all the people in all those years , who have trusted me with my camera to photograph them and to allow me to share those images and those who encouraged me to keep going in good and also harder times, including my present and former agents.
